The Brief
The founder of Property Insurance Plus wanted to reposition the brand in a crowded landlord-insurance space and improve direct-to-consumer engagement. The goal: create a name and look that felt fresh, human, and less transactional.

The Approach
I contributed to the naming strategy and helped coin Pip – The Property Insurance People, a name that brought clarity and warmth to a generic category. I led the visual identity and designed the overall look and feel of the brand and website, collaborating closely with the UX designer and digital team to shape a cohesive user experience that felt simple, friendly, and trustworthy.

The Result
Pip now has a compelling identity and website that balances expertise with empathy. The brand feels vibrant, trustworthy, and ready to shake up the insurance category by connecting authentically with customers.
